Install Guide

Install Oneaction as a PWA

Add Oneaction to your dock, Start menu, or app grid in under a minute. Recommended on Windows. Works on macOS and Linux too.

On macOS or Linux? Grab the native desktop app.

1

Open Oneaction in your browser

Visit app.oneaction.app in Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Arc, then sign in. PWA install is only available on Chromium-based browsers. Firefox and Safari are not supported yet.

2

Install the app

Pick your browser below. The install option lives in a slightly different place in each one.

Works on macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS.

  1. 1Look for the install icon in the address bar. It looks like a small monitor with a down arrow.
  2. 2If you don't see it, open the menu → Cast, save, and share Install Oneaction…
  3. 3Confirm in the dialog and the app appears in your dock or Start menu.
3

Launch Oneaction

The app opens in its own window without browser chrome. Tabs, address bar, and bookmarks are hidden so you can focus on your inbox. Find it the same way you launch any other native app:

  • macOS

    Launchpad, Spotlight, or your Dock

  • Windows

    Start menu or pinned taskbar

  • Linux

    App grid or activities overview

4

Uninstall (optional)

Open Oneaction, click the menu in the title bar, and choose Uninstall Oneaction. You can also remove the app from your OS the same way you remove any other installed app. Launchpad on macOS, Settings › Apps on Windows, your package manager on Linux.

Prefer the native desktop app?

The PWA covers most workflows, but a native build is available for macOS and Linux with offline support and tighter system integration.
